Welcome to my blog.  I am working on changing my life though healthier choices.  I have always been fit and active, but not always so healthy when it comes to food.

So here I am going to chronicle my efforts to improve my physical self (maybe spiritual self at times).  I try to get some workout in everyday - lately I have been running, but I plan to start mixing it up with weights and yoga.

Thanks for checking out my site.  I hope to have useful info on here for anyone that if facing the same struggles I am.
